Itinerary

December 15, 2025

Today, we’ll bid farewell to SC and set our sights on St. Augustine, FL. Along the way, we’ll pause in Pooler, GA for a leisurely lunch on your own and a bit of retail therapy. Once we arrive in St. Augustine, we’ll check into our hotel (Holiday Inn Express St. Augustine - Vilano Beach) and leave the evening open for you to explore dining options at your leisure. Take this time to unwind and gear up for the next few days filled with fun, holiday cheer, and rich history!

December 16, 2025

Rise and shine—it’s time to immerse yourself in the charm of St. Augustine! This morning, we’ll venture into the city’s enchanting historic district and take a guided tour. Then you’ll have some free time to browse the shops on St. George Street.

In the afternoon, treat yourself to some retail therapy at the St. Augustine outlets—perfect for snagging souvenirs or indulging in a little self-pampering. Later, we’ll gather for a delectable prepaid dinner, ensuring you’re well-fed and ready for the evening’s festivities.

Once the sun goes down, we’ll ride through St. Augustine’s celebrated Night of Lights. Inspired by the Spanish tradition of placing a single candle in the window, millions of twinkling bulbs now transform the historic streets into a dazzling holiday wonderland. From majestic architecture to centuries-old landmarks, every corner of the city lights up with festive cheer—an unforgettable experience that captures the spirit of the season.

December 18, 2025

Get ready for a day steeped in legend! This morning, we’ll visit the Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park, the famed spot where Ponce de León once searched for the waters of eternal youth. Sip from the spring, explore enthralling exhibits on Florida’s earliest history, and watch lively reenactments that bring the distant past to life. If you’re feeling peckish afterward, treat yourself to lunch on-site, where you can soak up the park’s storied atmosphere at your own pace.

Our afternoon promises a trifecta of taste-bud temptations. We’ll split into small groups—both to keep things intimate and because these are working facilities—and embark on a behind-the-scenes adventure at three local treasures. First, uncover the art of crafting melt-in-your-mouth confections at a chocolate factory (with a little tasting, of course!). Next, raise a glass at a nearby winery to see how their award-winning vintages come to life—then sample the fruits of their labor. Finally, top it all off at a local distillery, where you’ll learn the secrets of smooth bourbon-making before indulging in a sip or two of these handcrafted spirits.

Cap off the day with a scrumptious prepaid dinner to celebrate a whirlwind of experiences, new discoveries, and a feast of flavors you won’t soon forget!
