Itinerary

Depart from Aiken, SC in the morning, stopping in Lexington, SC to pick up additional guests before continuing the journey to Nashville, Tennessee. Enjoy scenic views along the way with rest stops and lunch en route. Upon arrival in Nashville, check into the beautiful Gaylord Opryland Resort, your home for the next two nights. Once settled, take time to explore the resort’s dazzling holiday decorations, including over two million sparkling lights throughout the property. Guests may also choose to enjoy a peaceful ride on the Delta Riverboat through the resort’s indoor gardens and waterways at their leisure. Don’t miss the “Brightest Star Fountain Show” in the Delta Atrium this evening—a stunning display of light, water, and music. Enjoy dinner on your own at one of the resort’s restaurants and soak in the festive atmosphere.

December 1, 2025

Start the day with breakfast at the resort before heading out for a professionally guided tour of Nashville. You’ll visit iconic locations and landmarks, gaining insight into the rich musical heritage and vibrant culture of Music City. After the tour, you’ll board the General Jackson Showboat for a delightful luncheon cruise along the Cumberland River, complete with a Southern-style buffet and live entertainment. In the afternoon, experience the magic of ICE!—an incredible exhibit of hand-carved ice sculptures, themed displays, and frozen slides, all kept at a brisk 9°F. Later, return to the resort to relax and freshen up before the festive Country Christmas Dinner Show. Enjoy a delicious holiday meal while being entertained with heartwarming Christmas music and country favorites, rounding out a joyful and memorable evening.

December 2, 2025

Begin the final morning with a delicious breakfast at the resort. Guests may take advantage of any remaining free time for last-minute shopping, photos, or a ride on the Delta Riverboat if they haven’t yet done so. After check-out, the group will begin the return journey to South Carolina, filled with holiday spirit and wonderful memories of a festive escape to Nashville.

What is your cancellation policy?

Travelers who cancel their booking at least 30 days prior to the trip departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

If travel insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation falls under the coverage terms of your policy, you may be able to file a claim to recover eligible costs of the trip, excluding the travel insurance premium. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy and consult directly with your insurance provider for details regarding coverage and claims.

What if there is inclement weather?

In case of inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour. Should rescheduling prove impossible, you will be fully refunded.

Are there any stops scheduled for the bus ride?

Yes! We have stops schedule every 2 to 2.5 hours.

Do you offer luggage handling?
