Itinerary

Day 1:

Board your spacious, video and restroom equipped Motorcoach and set off for the bright lights of "The Big Apple" - New York City! This evening, you will relax at an en route hotel.

Day 2:

After enjoying a Continental Breakfast, you will continue on your journey towards New York City. This evening,sit down to a nice Dinner before checking into a comfortable New York City area hotel for a four night stay!

Day 3:

After enjoying a Continental Breakfast, you'll explore "The City That Never Sleeps." A Guided Tour of Manhattan will take you to such famous sites as Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Wall Street, the 9/11 Memorial, and so much more! Later, you'll dine at a New York City restaurant and spend a little free time in the city before returning to your hotel.

Day 4:

Today, after enjoying a Continental Breakfast, your "Big Apple" adventure continues with your Guided Tour of New York City. After a break for lunch, you will head to the incredible One World Observatory, a three story observation deck located on floors 100-102 of One World Trade Center. This stunning structure is the skyscraper that was built between 2006 and 2014 to replace the Twin Towers. Millions of visitors flock to One World Observatory every year to take advantage of the stunning panoramic views it offers. You'll experience 500 years of New York City's history from 1,250 feet above ground, and enjoy spectacular 360 degree views of the iconic sights of New York City. This evening, enjoy a Dinner Party with Entertainment before returning to your hotel.

Day 5:

Today, after enjoying a Continental Breakfast, your "Big Apple" adventure continues with your leisurely Guided Touring of New York City with your Guide. This evening, enjoy Dinner before returning to your hotel for a good night's rest.

Day 6:

Enjoy a Continental Breakfast before leaving for the National Harbor, a unique waterfront wonderland of shopping, dining, and more. This evening, relax at your en route hotel.

Day 7:

Today, after enjoying a Continental Breakfast, you will depart for home... a perfect time to chat with your friends about all the fun things you've done, the great sights you've seen, and where your next group trip will take you!

Where do you pickup from?

All our trips begin with a pickup at Walmart, located at 3581 Richland Ave W, Aiken, SC 29801. For this trip, we also offer an additional pickup options at the Lexington Park and Ride at Exit 61 on I-20 and Lowe's, 7441 Two Notch Rd, Columbia, SC 29223.

Walmart has graciously permitted overnight parking for our travelers. However, we strongly advise that you personally confirm this arrangement by calling ahead, as policies may change.

For those wishing to park at Lowe's, please note that you must secure permission independently by contacting them directly.

Please be aware that we do not recommend leaving your vehicle overnight at these locations. Neither we nor the businesses involved accept responsibility for any theft or damage to vehicles left parked.

What is your cancellation policy?

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 30 days before the trip. Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date, however, are not eligible for a refund. If you have purchased travel insurance and your reason for canceling is covered under your policy, you may be able to file a claim to recover the cost of the trip, excluding the travel insurance premium. Please consult your insurance provider for specific details regarding your coverage.

What if there is inclement weather?

In case of inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour. Should rescheduling prove impossible, you will be fully refunded.

Are there any stops scheduled for the bus ride?

Yes! We have stops schedule every 2 to 2.5 hours.

Do you offer luggage handling?

Luggage handling will be provided at your final destination hotel. However, please note that this service will not be available at hotels during your journey to or from the final destination. You will be responsible for managing your own luggage throughout these transit periods. For your convenience, we recommend packing a small overnight bag containing essential items such as documents, valuables, and medications for use on these nights.

What hotels will we be staying at?

Hotel details will be provided approximately one month before your trip. Typically, we select nationally recognized mid-tier hotels, such as Best Western, Tru by Hilton, and Country Inn and Suites, based on our previous trips. Rest assured, all accommodations are routinely inspected by our tour company to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
